Advanced Art Begins Independent Projects

This week advanced art began working on an independent body of artwork with an underlying theme. Here is some of their progress. 

Haunted Relief Printmaking

Today, Studio 3D started carving their Haunted Relief printing plates. Here is some of the progress:

Two-Point Perspective

Art I students have been studying linear perspective. Here is some of their two-point work.

Finished Product

Here is a picture of the finished Chandelier. They have worked so hard, and it looks very good!

Dale Chihuly Inspired Chandelier

Studio 3D students started working on a chandelier in the style Dale Chihuly today. This is what a Chihuly looks like: 

Students are currently cutting and painting water bottles. 

After painting and cutting each bottle, they will attach them to an armature with bendable wire like this:
